This is pretty urgent bug. I hope this gets fixed before all 100 spots get every flag, I project this to only take a few days.

Let me say this clearly…
The hub is a clear mess.
The competition for the bag is the worst idea…
People are afking in the hub making it lifeless.
People use VPN to get the flag.
I think you should not award the bag to 100 users to adress this issue. But more to people who have meet a certain amount of people with different flag…
The hub is great idea to meet other people and make a team… But the competition for the bag ruin it.

A question that arose for me while collecting flags in the Unite 2024 experience is that, when you manage to claim all the flags, which in this case are 48, you do not remain in a position as one of the first to collect all the flags; instead, the ranking is done in alphabetical order. For example, the first person in the world to collect all 48 flags was Cwin, who was in the number 1 spot.
But as more people started collecting all the flags, he was dropping down the rankings in the leaderboard, and currently, the person at the top of the leaderboard is named SourceGino.
What I wanted to complain about is that it seems unfair to me that, as everyone starts collecting the 48 flags, those who collected them first are left out of the leaderboard because their name starts with R, for example, while someone who completed it later is among the top positions because their name starts with an A. I would recommend changing the leaderboard to account for those who managed to collect the 48 flags earlier.
I am saying this before everyone in the top 100 has 48 flags, to avoid problems in the future. Currently, the top 100 has 38 flags; they still have time to fix it.

In 24 hours I’ve already been bumped down from #1 to #11. Almost 100 people have 48 flags. At this rate it’s looking like I may get kicked off the leaderboard entirely by no fault of my own. I hope DevRel keeps their word of limiting this hat to 100 owners whilst also insuring the leaderboard is kept fair.

I agree, since i was 2nd and now im 5th 
If the leaderboard isn’t fixed soon the only last resort I can think of is recording the leaderboard when 99 people have all 48 flags. Hopefully the information from that will be enough to keep this backpack at only 100 copies.

Just got all the flags!
I have 2 questions.
When do we obtain the bags (start or end of unite??)
Will the leaderboard be fixed?
I was roughly placed #70 and now I am #22 on the leaderboard after I collected all the flags. I believe its unfair especially for those that completed the competition earlier but get pushed down.

Looking for a team to join for the unite game jam, I’m a scripter with almost 2 years of experience and I have some other skills too, I can do simple 3d models (I can’t do detailed or realistic texturing), can make simple vector art, and compose music a little too, I live in japan so my timezone is JST, if you want to know my past works then ask me in the dms.
Rewards will be awarded to the top 100 individuals on the leaderboard based on the number of flags collected. In the event of a tie, all individuals with the same number of flags will be considered eligible for the Travelling Backpack, regardless of when the flags were collected.
Please note that you must also submit a valid submission to the Unite Challenge to be entitled to the virtual item and the rewards will be sent out after the challenge ends.
