My younger brother introduced me too Roblox about 3 years ago. I created my first account “magnetkidfyi” then about a year later, created this one.
I’ve always wanted a game like minecraft to build in, so then, about a month after having my Roblox account, I discovered you could build in Roblox. I assumed it was the same as minecraft xD.
My goal on Roblox is to get my games better known, and to have at least 1000+ member group.
I’m a builder and a programmer, I’ve never really teamed up with anybody in making my games.
I just got into this forum today! I found roblox back in… 2015, and have been partaking in the gaming side of the community. Around three years ago I found out about studio, and got curious. I wanted to find out how all the cool magic stuff happened and how I could feel so at peace with a structure or environment that didn’t exist, and help make my own stuff reality. I was stuck to youtube videos and google for a long while, until I found out about the dev forum. My current goals and achievements is to find a partner who minors in Building and Majors in Programming to help me build a fantasy and sci-fi mixed game with lots of planning and story. I specialize in Building and Animation. I’ve already learned so much from browsing here, so I hope I can learn even more and get constructive feedback.

Greetings, I’m am most definitely honored to be accepted into the forum, and I hope to enjoy my time here. The name is LongingBball6805, and I have found Roblox back in 2016 as a pre-teen. I have played games and wondered how they functioned properly. So, I found videos that relate to the in-game making itself. I’ve done the research and viewed tutorials regarding the game and slowly developed into a better programmer, builder, etc day by day. My current goals for this platform are to become a better scripter, being my most dominant skill, and be successful on developing popular games for players. Thus, I would assume my role to be “Programmer”; I would rate my current scripting skills as an 8 or 9/10. Lastly, I am active just about every day with the exception of vacation dates.

i decided to open roblox studio and play around with some things and i used free models at first but i can use the terrain tools now to make good things. im not the best developer i only do gfx lol

I took a programming class freshmen year in Java and during quarantine, decided to learn Lua, not too hard for me because the languages are similar. Goals and Achievements are that I have completed all 3 of the last 3 egg hunts. I have talked to many devs before. Goal is to one day attend RDC. Programmer is my role because it is what I do!

Hello everyone, I am HonestJar! I joined the devforum a few weeks ago. I found roblox in the third grade when I saw my friends playing it. I decided to download it, and became attached in a matter of days! One day, I learned that all of the games on roblox were made by other people, and that made me very interested. I downloaded the roblox studio and tried it out. I added free models and posted them as games such as “Weird Tycoon” and “Fun Obby”. I realized later on that I wanted to make my own games from scratch, so I went on youtube and started learning how to script. Now I am in the eight grade as an intermediate scripter. I am now starting to create my own games from scratch like my game Honest Bots which now has over 19k visits! My goal on roblox is to get a game with over 10k likes and 1 million visits. I am a programmer in the developer community who is striving to become an amazing scripter. Thank you for reading my post!

Hey, as some of you are guessing from the fact im introducing myself i am indeed new to the forum.
Been a amature builder for a while but recently i’ve started to team up with some friends and have begun the groundwork for our first major attempt at a game. Beforehand we just made the odd joke game and we want to start pushing ourselves to experience and learn new things. Glad to finally be on the forum though, the amount of community resources here is amazing for my skills development.

I don’t completely remember how I found Roblox but I think I found it from my friend playing it.

The entire concept of developing on Roblox was intriguing so I decided to try it out. I am generally into technology in itself.

Hello I am Nick, I joined ROBLOX in early 2016, ROBLOX has been one of my top 3 favorite games for 4+ Years! I came across ROBLOX Studio in mid 2017, at the time ROBLOX Studio seemed very over-whelming but as I got used to it, ROBLOX Studio grew on me and I honestly think I have more hours on ROBLOX Studio than any other game I ever have played. Currently I am a proud owner of CrownStudios, I created it this year (March 2020), the aim for me and CrownStudios is to make games which any types of audience can enjoy. Furthermore, I have noticed there are many games which are great and the gameplay they offer is truly innovative but those games can’t be run by low-end devices so we would like our games to be playable on any device that a ROBLOX Player has! Since I came across ROBLOX Studio I have always been mostly a Builder, I am learning Programming/Scripting to grow my interests, I have a little experience on GUI Designing as I am great with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro! For past 8 months I have been trying to be a member on the DevForum but it showed I had no activity, probably a glitch/bug but today I finally achieved my goal that I had wanted for a while. I am happy to be a part of this team!

I am in love with anti-exploit. People using programs that ruin the fun for others are always fun to try and stop. Currently messing around with anti-injection and other securities.
I am intermediate in lua and excell at map development, assembly, and building.
I found roblox from my brother who introduced me I saw him playing so much all day till night and thought I should give it a try and well I DID! and it turned out for me amazing!
I started development actually when I discovered the create section I clicked it and saw all these amazing games I could make at first I was pretty young so I decided to make a game full of free models but when I ended up playing this game I still had the most fun ever and saw I loved doing it so that’s where I started off!
My current goals is to win a bloxy awards yeah childish goal huh! But I think if I work my hardest effort I will be seeing this some day, my other goal is to become a programmer to be able to make games on my own and to help me in the future!
