Introduction to Localization still indicates to use the Localization Tools to set Test Language

Test Language has been moved to the Emulate Player control in Test and the documentation in the Dev Hub still indicates the Test Language setting is in the Localization Tools.

Also cannot find any information on the Emulate Player controls.
