Looks good! I can’t offer theme-specific suggestions as I don’t know what the game is about, but let me offer some improvements you could make, if you’re looking for any of course.
Firstly, I would (personally) make the health info stand out a bit more, maybe add a fancy border around the health and other information just so it stands out.
Second, I would also make these flush!
Finally, if you’re looking for a realistic approach go for a more realistic mannequin, such as the newer characters or even R15 Boy etc.

Alright, I should say, this is not too bad if you are just a beginner. I don’t know what to say about this one. I think It needs an entire redesign. Here is what I came up with:
