Inventory UI for my upcoming game

Huyy random person that clicked into my post, I’d like to hear your opinions on my Inventory UI for my upcoming Murder type game.

I think it’s cool! A few of tips:

  • Maybe change ‘Knife Ability’ to ‘Ability’ so that it fits better. Unless you have other types of abilities too?
  • Assuming that ‘3’ on the BanHammer item is how many you have, it might be a good idea to add ‘x’ to the start so that it is clear it means the number of items you have (i.e. ‘x3’). Also consider making the count always visible (if it isn’t already) because you generally want to be clear how many of this item a player has at a glance.
  • I can see the close button behind the main frame. It might be a good idea to just remove its white shadow thing entirely since none of your other buttons have it anyway.
  • Consider adding padding between the header (‘Inventory’ title and close button) and the main body (the frame), as well as in any other areas it is missing. It seems padding is being used a bit inconsistently at the moment.
