Invisible Mesh on Model View

Intro:

Hi everyone, so recently I was working on a mesh in blender with @.Aotrou and when I imported it to Roblox I put it together into an incubator prop. I decided to change the colors up and make the top cap and the base Industrial White Hex: 248, 248, 248. When I did this it turned the cap and only the cap invisible when it was uploaded on Roblox. You can see this bug occur in the toolbox and on the model. However, the actual mesh itself on the mesh page isn’t invisible and looks perfectly fine. I’ve reported it here to #platform-feedback:studio-bugs due to the fact it occurred in studio.

Specs:

I’m on a MacBook Air running studio version 0.447.1.411123. Which is the latest version.

Repro:

  • Open Studio.
  • Put multiple meshes and make a few of them Industrial White.
  • Make them into a model.

Proof:

I would DM you but your DM’s are off, but the video is private. I think you meant to unlist it, not make it private.

Thanks for the report! We’ve filed a ticket to our internal database and we’ll follow up when we have an update for you.

I am in the process of checking over bug reports and following up on some bugs that haven’t received any activity in a while.
Is this issue still occurring or can you confirm that this bug has been resolved? We are having a hard time reproducing this issue.
