on places that have chat GUI disable via website(changed Chat Type to Bubble), the controls GUI won’t appear for mobile users, and their camera is broken.

this started happening on ROBLOX mobile lastest update

EDIT 2:
idk if they already fixed this, but last time i used Dialogs they weren’t working, the options menu wasn’t appearing.
also i don’t know if they already fixed this too but last time i checked if you are holding jump button and someone calls PrompPurchase on you, it will disable your controls and when they come back, you will be stuck jumping forever.

I tried to reproduce these issues on a test location (GUITesting - Roblox) but when I played it on an iPad, I was able to get the move and jump buttons and interact with the Dialog that was in the place.

Are you still having these issues? If you are, can you post a link to the place and what device you are using for testing?

I put a fix in for this last week but the fix is still not out on iOS. It will be in the next Android release however. Anytime the touch controls are disabled your character will stop jumping now. This will also be fixed when we put out the new character controls.

I just tried the place and wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on an iPad.

We were making some changes yesterday that might have caused the behavior you described, but those issues have since been fixed. If you see them again, please let us know.

@CodeWriter, I know you don’t work on the Core UIs, but why is the chat button still not updated for iOS? It’s pixelated, in a really odd spot and doesn’t go away when the Chat UI is hidden.

i just visited it and dialogs option menu is broken for me, it won’t appear. but if i walk way it says “dialog has ended”.
everything else works.
i tested on an ipad mini with iOS 8.1
