Seeing this issue persist across quite a few games, including ours, Brookhaven RP. iOS users are essentially unable to use the chat service as the keyboard tends to freeze up. TikTok - Make Your Day See the attached tiktok for reference. This is easy to repro

I’ve personally had no issues so far. Maybe try and replace the descendants of TextChatService in your game with those from a roblox template.
Can confirm it is also an issue I have had as well and experienced; I thought it had been fixed but I guess not; it usually leads for the keyboard to be stuck on the screen which is annoying. Will this be fixed soon?

Hey! We are rolling out an A/B experiment that should improve performance when users type (P95 FPS decrease by 5%). This should help this freezing issue but won’t completely solve it. Otherwise as @wellreadundead mentioned, we are root causing this issue and will get back soon.

We took a look at this issue and was able to reproduce this on iOS 18.3.2. However, when upgrading to the latest to 18.4.1 we were no longer able to reproduce. We think this has been addressed by Apple’s latest iOS update.
