Hey!

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want to make a game based on if Herbert Hoover won the 1932 election, which would ignite a second American Civil War.

  2. What is the issue? I don’t know if this is allowed despite it being based off of politics of 92 years ago.

  3. What solutions have you thought of so far? There have not been any immediate ideas.

No. Roblox strictly prohibits games based on real-world events.-world events.

its alternate history, so its probably a lot more acceptable than if you were to base it on reality
roblox is only touchy about ww2 germany and 21st century wars, everything else should be fine, even though the rules imply it wouldnt be.

basically 1. this didnt happen and 2. this is old. roblox only cares about modern stuff that happened like ukraine war or 911 or something like that

“Inflammatory content related to real world border, territorial, or jurisdictional relationships” is a lot more specific than just “real world”, lol.

Exactly. People will get mad if you make a game about, I don’t know, the holocaust or the gulf war, but nobodies getting offended if you make a game about the Napoleonic Wars. A good rule of thumb is: If there are still veterans of the war or event alive today, you probably shouldn’t make a game about it.
