Is anybody else having their roblox client taking up huge amounts of CPU usage for seemingly no reason?

For some reason, roblox is taking up 80-100% of my CPU, even while on the home screen. It has NEVER done this before and is just now happening. I get 1-5 FPS when I try to play any game and I have to close roblox to do anything else on my computer.

Usually, on the home screen, Roblox takes around 10-25% CPU at most alongside 60FPS (I have tried running roblox without backround processes BTW, didnt work.)

I have tried re-installing Roblox alongside some tutorials, and setting the priority to very high on task manager. I also have not installed anything yesterday and i scanned for viruses and nothing was flagged, so im really confused.

Im not too sure if this is a hardware issue or not however since Roblox Studio wont load any game icons and is also having really poor fps (1fps at most). I will try to reopen roblox/roblox studio tomorrow to see. (UPDATE: the game runs slightly better, but not by much.)

(No other app is taking up this much CPU usage)
