I know this post might seem unnecessary, but I just want to make sure if having a bidding to hire Npc workers allowed, or does it break some kind of human rights rule ;-;.
I just want to avoid wasting time making a system for this and ends up having to drop it because turns out its against some kind of rule
i have no idea but if it isn’t allowed its mad funny
real, it would be confusing like why???
i would strongly recommend against this
A lot of games like restaurant tycoon 2 have hiring system. So I think if you make it look like hiring workers by their consent, it would be fine.
Edit: make it look like the NPCs are choosing the job with the biggest revenue. This way it will look like real-life job selection.
Edit #2: I just reread your post and I think you should not make anything simular to trading. It just feels wrong and can cause trouble with moderation.
Just don’t make it closely resemble slavery. Make it look like they’re actually workers that want to be there and get payed well like how McDonalds does it.
make them robots
I mean… if you’re paying them a normal wage/salary and treating them like a typical modern-day worker, I don’t see the problem.
- This should be in #help-and-feedback:platform-usage-support
- I’d say it’s allowed as long as it’s a fair wage amount as the minimum and there is no way it represents involuntary servitude
what if instead of a bidding system you had the set price for the worker and the user can counter offer it, anything above the requested amount will typically always be accepted and if you go below the requested amount there’s a chance the employee will deny the amount and leave. It’ll show you the chances though like if it was $100 for the employee and you offered $70 the employee might take it he might not but $20 he probably wouldn’t accept it.
