Was thinking about making a discord bot that detects this and communicate this to the game. I was wondering if this is something I’m allowed to do and is not against ToS

I would say to be safe, you could have a code in game system like twitter codes, and maybe have an exclusive code that only members of your Social Linked Server could use in game, and I would make it long so that people couldnt easily put it in chat to leak like a big long code that is all numbers.
I believe putting anything in game that says discord, or references the server invite is against the Terms Of Use.
I have had a game in the past get put under review because it had mentioned the word discord somewhere in the game. So I think your best bet would be to word things like “Join Our Server, Located In Social Links” For an exclusive code to get “Reward”
