Hello! My main account got banned for a day last night, and it got reactivated a few minutes ago.
But earlier today I got banned on two other accounts for 1 day and that prompted the error code: 403. Now; I am assuming this is a hardware ban because If i play on any other alt account other than on my pc it lets me play.
Now that my main account is unbanned, i cant play games on it.
If my 2 other accounts from earlier today get unbanned will I be un-hardware banned?
HTTP Error 403 refers to when the server receives your request but refuses to authorize it.
You’re IP banned. Likely because moderation figured you were just being dumb and thought this was what you needed to figure out you have to stop before they start terminating your accounts.
I’d imagine the ban would be removed when the ban on all of your accounts expire, but that’s just conjecture. Emailing support would be your best bet at getting a solid answer.

How long has it been since you got this error?
Also, if it does work, is there a system that removes my previous bans from my record so the next time im banned it DOESNT terminate me? If so, i could turn off my chat on all accounts until im clear lol
…okay, hold on. When I saw this post, I should have thought about it, but I was completely under the impression that you were seeing this on the roblox website. Not that.
That’s a bug that can occur when you log into multiple accounts and usually fixes itself after a bit. Instead of playing from the browser, open the Roblox Player app, log into your account, and you should be able to play games normally.
This error is caused by a few reasons: VPNs, multiple accounts, internet too slow to be verified, or other reasons. It’s not a HWID ban or IP ban.

this happened after i was hacked n i havent been able to play since.
Again, try logging into the Roblox Player app instead of trying to join games from your browser. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account and try joining a game. Again, from the app, not your browser.
