I want to buy a few copyrighted tracks, namely get Monstercat Gold so I can use the entire library instead of the very small library uploaded, but i worry that anything ill upload will get taken down even though I have the license. Is it safe to buy and upload yet, or is the update still being worked on at all?

Secondly, if you have permission to use the music then you have permission to use the music. If it does get removed by the copyright bot you can just appeal it with proof you have permission (unsure where though)
Last i emailed Roblox about it they said they are still working on a system to verify, do you think sharing a screenshot of the license would be fine if that is the case?
Probably. As long as you can prove you have permission to be using the audio you should be fine.
