Is DDLC music copyrighted? Can I use it in my game?

Well, I asked this some time earlier but post got deleted because I didn’t follow the template.

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want use DDLC music in my game. I don’t have any ways of monetization in my game.
  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I don’t know type of licence music have
  3. **What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried to ask music creator about using it by writting them on specified email but didn’t get reply

So, I want use music from game DDLC in my game as lobby music. Game hasn’t any ways of monetization.

If you don’t have written permission, then it’s not allowed.

Could be that the music is free to use for commercial purposes, but I highly doubt that. If it’s free music make sure to check the license.

I am unfamiliar with the game in question, but you can’t. Even without ways of monetization, it’s their “work of art”. Also, you do have ways of monetization as premium payouts still count (so make sure future licenses allow that.)
