Is gambling a violation of roblox TOS

Trying to figure out what exactly this part of the Community Standards means in the context of my game:

I understand that items/currency bought with robux cannot be gambled.

  • In my game you can gamble ingame currency called “Cash”. You use it to buy into a match and whoever wins gets everyone else’s cash. It can also be obtained naturally when playing the game.
  • There is also another currency called “Diamonds” bought with robux which cannot be gambled.
  • Diamonds are used to buy items ingame, and cash can also be used to buy diamonds.

Is this a violation of TOS? Specifically having cash, which is gambled, be able to buy diamonds.
Would ingame items that cost diamonds count as “in-experience items of value”?

you will have to adjust the maturity rating for your game

maturity rating is at moderate rn

The TOS specifically states the item or currency must have value for it to fall under the category of gambling. I doubt currency earned ingame actually holds any value.
