No you cannot, if you make it available to Xbox. There will be a kind of like list of what xbox players on roblox can’t have, and blood is one thing you cannot have.

In general, id its not too gory then you should be fine, however since this point is not defined anywhere in the TOS your not too at risk for having gore, so long as its not on xbox as @pickachue33 mentioned.
Be careful to avoid things such as needles however since that is against TOS.

I would steer clear of it, the blunt question you should ask yourself is, “Would my parents approve this if I was still young?” With almost no way of preventing younger children from accessing such graphically intensive games with a few taps on their screen, it’s a bad decision to assume you won’t be getting in trouble with moderation.
While the terms of service are extremely vague in some areas, surgery(especially invasive), is not likely going to be welcomed on the platform.

I agree with you, however it is different for every child on what their parents thinks is appropriate or what they would want their child to play. If a child is found to be playing Phantom Forces, as an example, and their parents don’t want their child to be exposed to shooter games then at the end of the day it is ultimately the parents’ fault for not monitoring as much as they should. Phantom Forces is not against TOS, but the supposed parents believe it isn’t appropriate for their child.
