Is it against TOS to payout users Robux for ingame currency?

Hello,
I am making my own stock market service where people can buy/sell stock (Our in-game currency) and then the business will be able to get a payout from our group depending on the number of shares purchased.

Is this allowed?

From a technical pov:
People pay Robux for credits, and we own the Robux and choose to payout to a group/their owner depending how many people invest in their company on our platform.

Stock markets are a form of gambling and those are allowed on the platform ONLY IF you don’t make them pay Robux for anything related to the gambling aspect of it (even in-directly as some people got banned off the platform for that too).

Here are what the Community Rules say:

So would this be allowed if we gave people starter credit and didnt require robux just as a “power-up”?

It would only if they didn’t require robux at all. You could do like daily logins or give them a % of earnings every week or so if you are really scared of users running out of credit.

Okay, But are we allowed to collect donations like in general not related to the stocks? Like for development and upkeep?

It’s a gray area honestly. I personally wouldn’t just in case someone tried to make the “pay-to-win gambling” connection.

Ya I don’t think you can create a stock market game. You cant really gamble on roblox. But I love the idea it is genius
