i was wondering about making an in game challenge and the winner gets free robux so is that allowed ?
No, hosting giveaways or contests with a Robux prize is against the ToS. It’s not allowed on or off the platform.

Yet everyone still does this, I’ve seen countless servers having robux giveaways so clearly the enforcement isn’t good

Just because someone gets away with breaking a rule doesn’t mean it’s allowed. People need to be proactive and report rule-breaking.
I’ve actually seen someone in my game’s niche get their Roblox account terminated for 7 days for hosting a Robux giveaway on their group wall/shout. This was in 2024. It can be enforced if someone reports it.
