Is it allowed to use clothing in-games without permission?

Hello,
With my friend @Kitkatsncoffee, I have been creating a Figure Skating.
We have looked for many outfits to use in the game.
While we are trying to ask pernissions from these clothes owners, some we cannot reach. Others are very obviously stealing clothings, such as this clothing from BoopyLand

Which is very obviously a slightly edited and recoloring from

So in some cases it is difficult to find the originals clothing maker.
I want to know, is it allowed, with roblox and then in the future with DevEx to use clothing without direct permission from the owner? I think is happens in many popular games, Meep City, this one

Is this all taken right from the avatar shop or did they ask every uploader?

As long as you’re not selling the clothing for Robux, I believe it’s allowed.

I will hope so as well.

Ethically, you shouldn’t. If you are making any sort of popularity or money off of the game, then in the real world they could send you a cease and desist or sue you if you continue. Using stolen assets doesn’t make it better, it just adds to the trouble of someone who is already dealing with theft.
Though it is not really ethical, if you do use them they are not likely to find you and complain. The worst that happens is they tell you to stop using them, and you stop.

But remember most of all that the artists that make these need to make money too. They have a lot of talent and spend a lot of time, and they don’t get paid very well as it is. However you proceed is up to you though.
