Is it alright to use a custom National anthem music?

THIS IS NOT RELATED TO MILITARY GAMES, IT’S MAINLY A QUESTION FOR SAFETY.

Last night i had a thought of creating a game concept that is about fighting reapers, whenever i searched about one of my favorite game “Battlefield 2” it has such a beautiful victory sound If you’ve never heard of the sound I’m talking, here’s a sound I’m referring to. and since my game is a low budget, i had to use the theme that is short enough (10 to 15 sec) so players don’t have to wait that long.

this may sound like another question people might’ve answered before but there are no topics that asked this question, i don’t wanna risk myself being banned by these theme so i had to make sure if it’s a good to go or not.

To answer the question in your title: Yes, you can use a custom anthem music. If it’s a custom piece of music, it’s not a National anthem and it’s just like using any custom music.

To answer whether you can use a theme from Battlefield 2: No, you aren’t allowed to use other people’s music (from other games, media, movies etc.) without their permission.

If you get permission from the theme’s creator, or if the piece is specifically licensed as free for anyone and any use, you can use it.
