Is it okay to add characters from tv shows?

Hello,

Is it okay to add characters from tv shows or anime without telling the publisher ?

i already know the answer for other game engines but for Roblox / Roblox Studio it’s Hard to tell
Because i see alot of games on roblox use Famous Characters

So my Question is : will i get in trouble if i did this ?

many devs use it without asking for it, devs think that the real creators of those characters or whatever- they will never care about it and notice until one day they does

except nintendo, they are just eagle eyes and killed pokemon brick bronze rlly fast, with that said, i don’t really recommend

you can use the reference but don’t make it look identical

No that’s called copy rights. Make your own characters or use Roblox characters instead. If you really need or want a tv character change the character up like the colours or accessories they wear.
