Is it okay to make a combat system based on Minecraft's?

I am currently working on a new game with swords and shields (possibly also crossbows) but I don’t want it to end up getting deleted for copyright reasons just like what happened to RVVZ’s Creeper Chaos game

RVVZ’s Creeper Chaos game got deleted because they were using a creeper as an idea for the game, which is copyrighted by Mojang.

iirc, It’s okay to make a combat system based on Minecraft as long as it’s inspired, not stolen.
