Is it okay to use a different email address for the DevEx portal than my Roblox account?

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for DevEx, but I just realized that the email I entered in the application form is different from the one linked to my Roblox account.

I haven’t created the DevEx (Tipalti) portal account yet since I’m still waiting for the next steps, but now I’m a bit worried will this email mismatch cause any issues with verification or processing?

Has anyone else run into this? I’d really appreciate any clarification!

I wouldn’t think there would be an issue but I haven’t ever applied for it so I wouldn’t know.

Im pretty sure that once you input an email address into the Developer Exchange Form, you’ll have to keep using such email address.

If your DevEx request gets rejected or such then you probably will have to create a support ticket for DevEx, only if that happens though.
