Is it possible for Roblox Clouds to appear below the player? / Is it possible to adjust cloud height

I’ve been trying to have a sea of cloud effect, but the Roblox cloud system seems to have a static height. I’ve been seeing if I can adjust where the building is, but the clouds themselves disappear around Y = 7000. Is there any solution to this?

Oh alright. In that case, no. You cannot change the height of Clouds under terrain. It isn’t a feature as of right now. You can try adjusting the clouds cover and density to make them look closer, but unfortunately there’s no way that you can bring them down. I’d suggest getting some foggy textures and placing them where you want.

You can also play with the atmosphere’s density and offset under Lighting, in addition to the clouds, to make it seem like the clouds(fog) are lower than they appear… see below example:
