Is it possible to edit tickness in highlight object, and is it possible to add some kinda backlight for it?
to do it like this in this photo:
They seem to have put a highlight on the object, then they made the object to the Neon material. Then you can set the color as you wish.
nope, that glow unvisible when you looking at it though the wall, is there any other way to make glow effect like this:
It could just be a BillboardGui…
Neon gives different types of glows depending on what lighting engine you are using. I got this with shadowmap
You can adjust its brightness/thickness by adjusting the same color in the color palette. Also, 1 thing I noticed while using highlights is that they aren’t visible for mobile users (This has been an issue for a while already), and you can only use 31 Highlights in each game/experience due to performance.
is there any other way to make highliting effect?
Yes of course, it depends on the lighting type but
Bloom instance, by changing the threshold and intensity you can make neon material parts glow much much more
Roblox DOORS also uses this (to make the lights have the glow effect more than normal)
If your ambient is low enough it may not work because it will be too dark
Thanks! How do I make glow seeing though the walls?
I’m not sure how to do that, I was just explaining how to do what you showed in your original post, sorry.
