Is it possible to create UGC Bundle like a default roblox characters?

I found a lot of different stuff about creating UGC Bundles, but they are all have rigging, which make a model stretching.

Can I create Character Bundle like Robloxian 2.0, Action Figure and ROBLOX Boy? They are doesn’t stretching and this is what I would like to create.

you should be able to do that. Not sure that you won’t be able to escape the rigging tho.

You will just have to weight-paint the rig the right way.
