This is from Tipalti’s website. Tipalti is Roblox’ payment processor. I’d assume that that’d mean you’re good, but maybe you should ask support

No, it means Tipalti can pay you out. And Roblox uses Tipalti as a payment processor. It’s still possible that Roblox won’t do it.
