For example I got an audio I really need to download, but there is a problem: It went private after March 22 and creator got banned or something (I am getting 404 error). Is there any way to get this audio?

I dont think but u can try.
make audio above 6 seconds private and only usable by the uploader of the asset (in short) is quite well known at this point, and it will undoubtedly create some headaches for developers with many audio assets in their games.
