Is it possible to emphasize visibility around the character but not the camera?

I originally wanted to fix the problem of unintended light surrounding the player’s camera, but I concluded that it was the fog. Is there any way to have Roblox render the fog originating from the player’s character and not the player’s camera?

In the video, I want only visibility around the character and not around the camera (as seen when I zoom out). Is this possible on Roblox?

Unfortunately, I believe that’s just how water transparency works. Probably no way to fix this (apart from some hacky method I know not).
