Is it possible to get a filter exception for a game name?

Probably an odd question, but the name i have planned for my game is filtered.

The name of the game is Kill The Kid, and seems like putting kill and kid is an instant filter, regardless of context. And for context, the main character of the game is named The Kid (and is also not an actual kid)

I have a couple ideas on other names, though it’d lose its flair. So I was wondering if I could message anywhere to request an exception.

Why not just rename the character?

Yes I’m with @TaxFraudBruh changing the name from ‘The Kid’ to something else so you dont have this filtered…

have to assume no one who sees your game for the first time understands the context, at which point “kill the kid” is graphic and not something Roblox would want to be showing anyone

Yes! I emailed roblox support about my game name being filtered, a few days later, they unfiltered it!

Honestly, I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I have to personally disagree when you say the name “Kill The Kid” has much flair (not that I’m asking you to change it, a different name might be more appealing to others). Please do share the other names! It seems like a really interesting game.

other names i have are

  1. HIT THE DECK
  2. KILL THE BEAT
  3. BURN THE KID

The game is a cyberpunk kill-bill inspired soulslike, where people want the main character (The Kid) dead, which is why i think the name would have a nice ring to it. If I dont get an answer from support though, ill likely end up with Hit The Deck.
