I’m trying to get the internal scripts of depricated hopperbin move, copy, and delete tools so I can fix make them fe compatible for a nostalgic experience.
I’ve tried searching for maybe a github or something else with the scripts to download but I haven’t found anything so far, all I find when I search it are miles and miles of exploit videos.
Is it possible, or are the scripts impossible to get due to being written in executable language?
I was looking for the same thing a while back and had no luck either. I will be waiting for responses to this thread in case someone knows. Anyway, here’s my experience with using the classic build tools in modern Roblox.
@Maximum_ADHD released an open-source classic building toolset for FilteringEnabled, but they are slow and hard to use since it requires serverside approval for each brick placement before you can use the tool to select a brick again. I appreciate his efforts here but I definitely wouldn’t use this toolset in a building game without some big modifications in that regard.
I reworked some of the code in this toolset about two years ago for my friend’s winner area at his obby. It worked almost identically to the original, including the ability to spam click a single brick to make it stack up high into the sky, but the code for all of this was not ideal. I may try my hand at this again sometime. Best of luck!
Not exactly what I was looking for, but this still helps a ton because it saves me the work of redoing all the positioning math and stuff which my brain can’t comprehend lol. Thanks deud!
