Is it possible to have create the same effect as particle emitters but not have the particles face the camera?

My question is in the title pretty much, if i wanted to have an effect on the floor or under the character like a magic ring, is there a way to achieve this?

For a Game or GFX? If for g a GFX, it could be edited or inside of the software, but for a game, I’m pretty sure you can mess around with the effects tab.

it’s for a game, however particle emitter doesn’t have any option to stop the particles from facing the camera

There is no way with ParticleEmitters, you have to create your own SurfaceGui particles.
