Is it possible to make a custom coding language with LUA

I’m not ENTIRELY sure if this is the correct category, please correct me if I’m wrong. but in theory would it be possible to create an entirely new coding language using the LUA programming language? Very simplistic and more or less looking to people who actually know if this is possible.

I think it can be possible to make a simple coding language like scratch using LUA

Someone made the equivalent of Brainf*ck in Lua, that’s how you know it’s possible
