Is it possible to make a rig for vr users to use?

I am trying to make a vr shooting game and I am stuck on finding a way to rig a vr character (so the limbs move to somewhere like your irl limbs aka inverse kinematics) I did have one prototype but was very unreliable and had a very annoying calibration process so I had to remove it

I was thing of just making turning the body into some kind of target if this isn’t possible to do as this whole idea is for people to have something more easy to shoot at rather than a head and two hands to shoot at

it is possible as seen in other games such as EdgeWorks ([VR Exclusive] EdgeWorks - Roblox) but im not sure how you would be able to execute this. I mainly use R6 so IK isn’t really my strong suit.
