This is kind of an emergency, and I need to know if its possible to transfer layers from one game to another by only using dev-console, as I don’t use stuff like HD Admin.
There isn’t that I know of. If you were to do something you’d have to implement your own transfer feature.

I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean by this.
I think he means, is there a way to teleport a user to another game using some sort of commands with /console, or through custom commands he is making.
That’s not what “transfer layers from one game to another” sounds like. That sounds like he’s trying to move assets from one game to another.
That’s why I was trying to ask.

Yes, you can. Just loop through the playerlist and teleport each player to whatever game you want. However this only works if “Allow 3rd party teleports” is enabled (I’m assuming your referring to completely different games, not one game universe, etc).
