Hello! I wasn’t sure if it was worth it to make my own admin, or should I just use HD admin? If you could let me know then it could be useful.

It’s up to you really. I always prefer to use my own things whenever possible. But the admin scripts that already exist are often filled with stuff that could take you a long time to write yourself, depending on your skill level.
It also depends on if the admin you’re looking at even has things that you need. For example, you might want a custom admin script that works specifically with things that exist only in your game.

make your own, HD Admin is made by someone else and looks very unproffessional when you release your game at least to me

HD is great and has alot of fun commands but it does look unprofessional but who cares, its roblox! Adonis is much more secure, and much more hidden from the average player so that’s a good option.

While what you said is true, this one statement is a bad mindset:
It annoys me a bit when people say things like “it’s just Roblox” or “it’s good for Roblox standards.” People don’t seem to understand the level of quality that you can produce on Roblox.
It’s just that developers never take it that far, giving Roblox a lower quality look. It’s exactly because of this low standards that developers don’t need to push any boundaries. If the bar is low and you can succeed with minimal effort, why bother going above and beyond? Which is also why Roblox is now paying a lot of money to fund the development of higher quality games.
Sorry for the rant, but people really need to update their views of Roblox. While some may miss the old days, sometimes myself included, Roblox is no longer just that one blocky game that it used to be.

HDAdmin and other admin systems are usually unfit for most games and will take up a large amount of memory. This memory usage comes from the hundreds of commands that you are never going to use in your game. These admin systems are more suited for social games, but if you have any other sort of game I’d recommend building up a simple admin system that meets your requirements.
Be extremely careful when creating an admin system, you do not want unwanted people gaining access to it.

I do understand your point being that it sets the bar low for development of games but I don’t think there that this is a issue. I have seen plenty of amazing things and showcases in roblox and people are breaking boundaries every day in roblox. The thing is that roblox will always be more limited than any other game engine due to the fact the rules, and the idea of making roblox suitable for all ages. To be honest roblox will always be seen as just what you said, a blocky game.
