Try checking if it’s hashtagged or not. If games that have creepy pasta stuff yours should be fine.

it doesn’t get hashtagged, but I wouldn’t rely on that. I just don’t want to get banned or anything.

Uhhh If I remember correctly It may be allowed since Kohls Admin I think had a :kidnap @plr command soo I think you should be fine.

I don’t really know, there are hundreds of games with kidnapping. But don’t make it too realistic

It is kind of like Mario, but instead of Princess Peach, it would be me, and bowser would be John Doe lol.
I don’t think you will get a warning from that and IF you get one they will definitely not ban you without a warning
Could I get some more information as to why you believe this is not allowed? I don’t see what you think makes this break TOS.
In the sense of a Mario Sunshine kind of kidnapping, I’d find it funny because I find everything funny.
If Nintendo did it, you can probably do it.

It’s probably fine as there’s an admin command that has a clown kidnap you.
I don’t see anything wrong with it. As long as it’s not something in real life like Timmothy Pitzen you should be fine.
So I know there is a Admin Command in Adonis or something that allows you to kidnap players. Honestly this is a a gray area, personally I’d say no… The simple answer is it will work parents up and it is a pretty extreme crime.
Roblox has many protocols in place for inappropriate things on Roblox. However when I checked the TOS there was no result for kidnapping. I believe this is because Roblox doesn’t consider that an issue outside of personal and rather would go under personal.
With that being said Roblox would take four actions from what I can tell. 1) Identify the threat in this case the name. 2) Does it fall under a violation of the TOS. Probably yes seeing as Roblox is a E game and criminal activities aren’t allowed in E rated games. 3) Lock and review the name. 4) Terminate your account for violation of TOS with 18+ content.
So overall I’d say yes. You should maybe shy away from that and say take or tricked them into coming with them. Make it as kid friendly as you can. Best of luck to you.
