I wanna make a game that your goal is to bully NPCS and running away from principal
but is it bannable?

Yep, it can get taken down by Rockstar depending if you use their materials or not.
Now to the Question:
I don’t think you can make a game that bullys NPCs, i’ve researched but the only things i found without going too deep is that Bullying is not allowed on Roblox.

I don’t see why it would get taken down? Also in the ToS that is referring to actual players, not NPC’s (that would be ridiculous)

yea ig, but if there is other players in the game, roblox doesnt know if its directed to irl players or the npc’s.
edit: in the rules, it states that it should not promote bullying, stalking - so essentially making a game that one way to win is bulling is promoting it

I’m generally not sure if I’m true, but I generally don’t think naming the experience “Bully” would get you in any trouble whatsoever, but knowing that there’s still a chance for it. Though, there’s an automatic moderation system implemented equally to setting up your own username for the platform.
Especially, since most of users already got these experiences on the search of “Bully”:
I was to include the part of Bullying stories that most of them are based on bullying the main character due to having a girlfriend or anything based like that.
I generally think that you will be fine as long as the Roblox Automatic Moderation approves it.

Alright for example I made the game and then I got banned. is this ban going to be 3 days and not permanent ban?
It’ll probably just be a warning. I don’t know, it doesn’t sound against the TOS to name a game “Bully” considering games like “gang up on people simulator” and “beat up simulator” exist. But who knows, Roblox moderation is a mystery.
