Is making an 'external anti-cheat' system for my Roblox game against the Terms of Service?

I wanted to ask, is ‘External anti cheat’ for Roblox breaks the Roblox TOS?
so like, make users only able to play my game while running anti cheat.
I know theres already anti-cheat system for roblox called ‘Hyperion’ but, why not?

Im not sure if it is specifically against tos but you wont be able to tell users where to get it as that would be directing users off-site.
Then theres also the hard part of actually detecting if they have the anticheat installed or not but thats a whole other story

Also, it would completely kill the game. Imagine you go into a game you’ve never played before and a message pops up saying you need to download a program you’ve never heard of, you’d never touch it again.

It’s against the tos in some way, but I wouldn’t fault your intentions given how useless the Roblox anticheat actually is

since hyperion is user mode so :man_shrugging:

thats right, i would think same too lol.
