nah the game has nothing to do with the person. its just a board game
I think you should be good then as long as you don’t have any references to the actual guy

well there is a chinese guy on the thumbnail is that ok or should i change the name lol
thats because that game is called “chinese” in my native language when translated to english

I wouldn’t use that thumbnail or the name, the thumbnail looks offensive and stereotypical.
