Is my profit from an admin game legitimate when you DevEx it?

Introduction:

So a few years ago, I created a knock-off admin game with a free model Prison Life map. I created gamepasses that I coded which does not seem to work when I last checked today. I was very new to scripting back then; I was also very young and I didn’t know that my gamepasses don’t work but I do have the intention of it working.

Problem:
I advertized it through several sources (I was copy and pasting links of it everywhere and being annoying) To my surprise it had around 1-5 players concurrently playing it. They even bought my gamepass that “makes you Owner Admin”. I amassed around 23k~ robux from that game.

Question:
Some of my gamepasses were legitimate and valid when bought, they were titled " Small Tips", “Big Tips” and etc. But the other gamepasses were not working nor legitimate. I’m currently aspiring to be a Roblox Developer without any infractions and I want to earn. I have a project I’m currently working with. So my question is: Are they still DevEx-able?

I do hope I do not get banned or anything from this post. (also idk what category this is, i think its from the education section, but here is my game.

Robux is Robux, it doesn’t hold different value. But this is bannable, so make sure that game is shut down.

I do have a clean conscience about it. I have no scamming intentions, and I was happy when I get the robux. I was only around 11 years old when I made that game back in 2018. As much as I want to delete it, I don’t have any power to.

How do you not have any power to delete it?

Sorry if I’m missing out, but how do you delete games? I think there is no way to delete them unless an admin does it.

It is because it uses prison life assets
