Right now, I’m making a large open world game set in a post apocalyptic world where players can do many activities including heists. I’m wanting to do a more complete heist system where players can plan heists by deciding where to enter and that sort of stuff, but organized criminal activity is not allowed on Roblox. Would planning heists and executing them be considered organized crime?

Sounds very grey. I would be careful, a disclaimer would certainly be needed and you could be considered helping organised crime, if your heist system were to be used by illegal people, you would almost certainly be in trouble. I would avoid it if i were you.

I think you should put a disclaimer, but since games like Jailbreak exist, you probably won’t be banned.

Notoriety, to an extent, already asks players to plan out a robbery. So you should be all good.

I wouldn’t say that you wouldn’t get in trouble however you can’t always be too careful these days, I recommend just putting in a disclaimer for it. However I highly doubt you would get banned since Jailbreak exists.

A heist isn’t considered organised crime, it is organised crime. Remember that when it comes to moderation, context is very important to a situation. You’ll generally be fine with heists so long as you aren’t realistically promoting or encouraging that kind of behaviour outside your game.
Stay away from the “because others do it, I probably can” justification when it comes to moderation, a trap the above 4 posts fell into. Every case will be different from each other. Simply because another game does it, doesn’t mean it’s allowed. You should always hold it up to your own circumstances and those alone. Don’t be a risk taker with moderation, it won’t end nicely.

Well heists aren’t that bad on the roblox community like Entry Point or Mad City kinda uses and simple idea of Heists, soo I think it would be allowed by ROBLOX to use an heist idea.

I think heists on roblox are allowed (look at games like entry point for example)… but please don’t promote, or encourage people to pull of a heist in real life.

I think you will be ok since entry point literally has you choose a plan and Rob banks and houses.
