Is posible to give free items in-game?

I were talking with a friend when ghe told me that he wanted to make that when you do smt on it’s game, you will get a free UGC item. Is that posible?
My friend said that he know a UGC creator who knows how to do it and that he gave him a code that will give the Item i¡with the function MarketPlaceService:PromptPurchase() making it unable to be bough in the catalog but yes in the game. Is that posible? Also, can someone send me the documentation or any information about this (since I didn’t found nothing).
Also, if is posiible to do it, will it be hackeable (since the client can use MarketPlaceServiec:PromptPurchase())?
Thanks.

I am not sure about being able to give out free UGC items as rewards.

As far as I know, the client isn’t able to execute that function. And, you can’t just get free stuff using it either, so it’s not hackable.

Hmm it would def be hackable by hackers. You can get it in game.

I think you are able to use it from client
I used several times in other proyect (or I remember bad).

I have checked, and, yes, you can in fact call that function from the client. Sorry for my mistake. Though, I still don’t know of a way to give free items to the player’s account as a reward in a game. It might just not be possible.
