I don’t see why it wouldn’t be, after all it’s just a natural occurrence!

there were events including radiation that weren’t that friendly and kind, also if i want to set the game in a post-apocalyptic island/landscape with eventual ruins (very rare)?

You should be fine with implementing them.
The most applicable community standards would be:

As long as you obey the things mentioned here, there shouldn’t be an issue

As @SeargentAUS mentioned, you mustn’t make something like Chernobyl, SL-1 and etc. So your idea is going to be accepted by Roblox I think.

The only game I have seen using this kind of mechanic is in Industrialist on Roblox. This affects gameplay in a statistical and visual aspect through a sense of horror.

If you’re talking about this element as a health-based mechanic for resource management of one character, just pay attention to your own implementations to the current content policies.

Soo having radiation not being even named radiation but energy or smth, and also having it being invisible (maybe adding some screen effect of fog or smth) and dealing damage when it’s level is too high is allowed in fantasy island/survival map? not any real world place

Also idk if curing it by anti-rad or smth will be allowed

Just don’t do anything dumb and think the issues you will face when you reference certain event.
If it goes a little bit too far, you have to rank your game as a 13+ game or somewhere like that, just in case.

You can use the term “Radiation” and incorporate the radiation mechanic into your game, as long as it does not relate to any real-world disasters or catastrophic accidents. You can also implement a green fog and others effects for radiations areas, but keep effects in a fantastical, unrealistic style and avoid going too deep into realism. However, you cannot use items like syringes, pills, or other real-world medical solutions as cures for radiation effects. Instead, you can utilize anti-radiation outfits, and consider other fantasy-based ideas for mitigating radiation effects, such as a special flower to eat or a unique drink.

Soo let’s say potion that is cure will be allowed? or building house because radiation is less dangerous in shelters or underground?

Yeah, using a potion to cure radiation seems to be fine. Not sure about houses, but i think it should be okay if you don’t go too deep in realism.
