I was just wondering if it would get copyrighted, I’ve tried looking into it but nothing really tells me whether I’m allowed to include it inside a game or not.

Look what happens is that things can change at any time, at the moment you would not have problems but since Roblox is with the copyright with the demand it received, they are becoming more strict with that issue so the truth could not tell you.
Simply put, it is not allowed. If KFC find out they can DMCA your game.
