Is script that teleport player into the same place every 19 minutes after they afk to avoid idle kick illegal?

so player get kicked after afk for 20 minutes
but teleporting player at 19 minutes after afk can avoid idle kick

the problem is
is it illegal?

no its not, however it isnt really necessary
