Is strangling allowed in Roblox?!
The reason why I am asking this is because I am going to implement a telekinesis spell that will strangle the player. Does Roblox allow for such violence or is it okay?

So long as it’s not gory you’ll be fine! I assume you’re going for a force choke type of thing, which is fine if you just have them float a bit and fall to the ground.
Basically don’t go overboard and make it look/sound excessively painful.

I think as long as theirs no gore, blood, bones, shattered spines, you should be fine, however I would put a Disclaimer on there.

i mean you should be able to… just make it not gorey. And if you want to make it gorey have a gore on off option and even then not too gorey.

What about sonic.exe the disaster? you can grab players and strangle them then snap their neck, there is no choking sounds definitely a bone snap sound and its a decently popular game so why hasn’t it been banned?
