Usually the Team Create permissions for inviting people to edit a Team Create are under File > Game Settings > Permissions. But now they aren’t there. Has it been moved? If so, where?

It is very likely located where @paetemc2 shows on the image.
I might be incorrect but I think this was removed due to a recent update (this was announced on the DevFourm I think.
