So Like Can We Use Text To Speech In Roblox
Not Like The In-Built But Like From Other Program (if not)
Maybe We Can Edit The Sound A Bit Then Use It?

I don’t see why you couldn’t. The TOS says nothing about not being able to do this.

There is already a game that’s pretty old with TTS, so I’d say it is allowed, also I’m intrested in what you’re trying to make, so good luck on that!

Text to speech is allowed. Me and my team have used it for puzzles. Also, there’s a game where if you chat it used text to speech.
